Adjoining room separated by curtains & furnishings, not walls/doors. Includes a twin daybed w/pop-up trundle that makes it a king. Sits on 20 fenced acres w/gated (secure-code) entry, hot tub, fire pit & fishing pond. No dishwasher.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Serene and picturesque, NINE Golf Courses and seven lakes. Golf, fishing, swimming! Your private suite comfortably sleeps 1 couple plus 2 or 3 kids . Children are welcome, but sorry, NO SERVICE ANIMALS or pets due to owners SEVERE Pet Dander Allergy! Private suite and patio on the lakefront. YOU MUST ACCESS STAIRS TO ENTER THIS SPACE. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
