About 10 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, small charming cocooning house. Up to 4 beds, one bedroom located upstairs, double bed and a sofa bed downstairs. Linens provided. Well-behaved dog accepted. Located between Nevers, Moulins, Decize and Bourbon L'Archambault and about 50 km from the Pal. Looking forward to welcoming you, see you soon. Other things to note: you will simply be asked to respect the check-in time after 3pm and the checkout time of 11am to allow me to organize myself.

You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
