A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost.
