Great spot and great vibes all around.

The suite in Bayville was in a central location and extremely quiet. Parking was easy and a car was really not necessary much of the time. Laura was interesting to speak with, made herself accessible when needed, and displayed both very good trouble shooting and problem solving skills. I greatly appreciated her willingness to assist and to resolve a few timely issues as they arose.

Louis's place was fantastic! I can't say enough good things about my stay! I wasn't familiar with the area at all and I debated btwn an air bnb or hotel. Thankfully, I made the right choice!! He accommodated last minute requests I had quickly, easing my stress. It really is the perfect hideaway..quiet, peaceful, VERY private and safe feeling. Everything from kitchen to linens to bathroom was spotless! Big and comfy bed..Modern and pristine appliances, and everything that I needed for a quiet dinner in, down to the slightest detail. The rain-like shower felt amazing..so relaxing..like a scalp massage! Spacious and modern, yet very cozy place! The patio and fire area also is great for a private lounge outside. It felt like much thought and caring went into designing this beautiful space and I thoroughly enjoyed it! If I find myself in the area again, I'd definitely want to stay here! Thank you, Louis!

I will give Karen a 5 star rating each time being that I’ve stayed in her cozy space, which is probably around 2 dozen times over the past few years. I stay at Karen’s to take the edge off of a long work commute, and I always feel relaxed and at home in the living room, and get a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed! Thank you Karen ❤️
