The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Listen to the birds chirping while you enjoy your morning coffee, lounge in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, follow the Mohás Spring along the Óház lookout trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or simply gaze at the starry sky from the garden. The main heating of the house is a tiled stove, we recommend it especially to those who like to use wood.
