We really loved staying at Conkers. The flat is charming, comfortable, very well-appointed and private with access to a lovely bit of garden space outside. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk along footpaths to Avebury and there are many other great places and walks to explore close by in this beautiful part of the world. Linda is a brilliant host and really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She was super helpful with check-in and check-out arrangements, took delivery of our grocery order so it was waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived, and even came up with a plan to feed us had Sunday's lunchtime power cut continued into the evening. Such thoughtfulness and care were very much appreciated and we would be very happy to stay at Conkers again.

Such a beautiful and quirky little cottage. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable and just off the High Street.

Alice’s place is so quaint and comfortable. The beautiful surroundings—yard, views, town—can’t be beat. The house was furnished so well, stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. Alice was kind and gracious and we wish we could have stayed longer!
