Beautiful, spacious 4 rooms in a very peaceful location. 1 bedroom with double bed (200 x 200 cm), 1 room with large bed (140 x 200cm) and a guest bed (90 x 190 cm) 1 WoZi with couch, dining table, TV, 1 front room and shower bathroom. Additional floor folding mattress available on request. Microwave, fridge, hot water cooker, dishes etc., but no own stove - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be used after a short agreement. REWE with bakery within walking distance.

Only there is no shower! The wash bowl will have to do. That's part of life in a wagon. Besides, too much showering is unhealthy anyway ;-)

You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoors space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. It invites you to relax, but is also - situated between the Baltic Sea coast, Hanseatic cities and the Schaalsee biosphere reserve - a wonderful base for exploring Lübeck, Wismar or Schwerin, nature photography, sporting activities (such as bike tours, canoeing or SUP) and relaxing beach days.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

Not far from the Baltic Sea (15-17 min), the idyllic and stylishly furnished apartment is the perfect place to find peace. The farm is located on the outskirts of Rupensdorf and is an oasis of peace. On the yard, three horses, two sheep and chickens are kept. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2024.
