Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west-facing terrace overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the canopy bed particularly cozy.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

My lovingly vintage-style apartment in Bad Reichenhall, Karlstein district, with 62 square meters, will delight you. An ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering or biking and for excursions to Berchtesgadener Land or Salzburg. Many destinations can be reached free of charge with public transport with your guest card. Bus stop very close. Just 2 km away is the Thumsee one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in the Berchtesgadener Land.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
