Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Beautiful house with its outbuilding and pool in Loix.

The large house and its outbuilding are warm, pleasant and functional. The biggest is our year-round home so everything is so cozy. Last winter, we did work that further improved life in the house (change of all door frames, galandage bay, organic climatic pergola, outdoor kitchen... A 10mx4m heated swimming pool was recently built. My all in a large flowered garden.

Beautiful spacious house with numerous patios, a pool, an outdoor shower and bar-b-q area. Located just 300m from arguably one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island (plage des prises) in one direction and the wonderful marais and the oyster cabins in the other. This house caters for both families with children and groups of friends.
