Appliances are new and fully operational. Refrigerator and stove were clean. The single-unit air conditioners located in each bedroom worked properly, were extra cold, and use a remote control. The large wall-mounted flat-screen tv also uses a remote control. This apartment offers a "home-away-from- home" experience, ideal for someone who has family in the vicinity and is familiar with the area. Sabrina is accessible, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Our family DEFINITELY plans to return the next time we visit our mother-in-law. First-time tourists in search of a hotel or resort-like experience with all of the amenities and trappings that one expects to have in such a setting should work with a travel agent and plan on spending considerably more money than this economical Airbnb.
