What a real gem! I had a lovely overnight stay in this well equipped flat, which is great value. The sourdough bread was amazing & it was lovely to have eggs for breakfast along with home made jam. John really has been very thoughtful in setting this up & the garden looks amazing. I loved the quirky spiral staircase to the entrance! I will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again some time.

What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

I travel to Richmond from the US regularly and stay in a mix of Airbnbs and hotels. This is a great flat. Space is well organized. Kitchen is efficient and has right essentials. Largest closet of any similar sized Airbnbs I’ve ever seen. Near dozens of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Some of my favorites include - -Masaniello on Church street -Khao Thai right across the street -White Swan pub along the Thames river walk -Gail’s bakery on Church street. The train is .5 mile easy walk. 5 mins to Richmond and ~30 mins to Waterloo. Beautiful ~2 mile walk to Richmond along the water. No aircon which wasn’t a problem for my stay - it got up to 80 Fahrenheit- but may be hot inside midday. Large windows to open to cool at night.

Clayton was an attentive and responsive host. Check in was easy breezy and the place was easy to find. His place looks just like the photos and is very convenient to Hounslow Central station and Heathrow airport. There are many surrounding restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. Central London is about an hour train ride. I would stay here again!
