The balcony gate is 40 feet from the beach 20 feet to the pool or lazy river and 12 feet to the grilles with picnic tables with umbrellas

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Welcome to one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach. This unique home sits several hundred yards from your private beach, away from the crowds, but only minutes from all the action. The neighborhood is beautiful with plenty of hardwood trees. You can walk, bike (you have 5), or take the golf carts (you have 2) to the private beach access (no parking for cars at the beach access). The home features all of the amenities you would expect at a nice resort -and much more.

Blue Heron Cottage – Walk to the Beach

The Blue Heron has two bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps four people with one queen and two twin beds. It has large rooms for your comfort and a covered front porch for relaxing and entertaining. A golf cart is available and rents separately of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation, a gas grill is available. There are three smart TV's and WiFi. We are dog friendly, a maximum of 2, 50 lbs. or less. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not allowed in Ocean Lakes.
