It is located in the very center and everything you need is nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, public transport). It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. It is located on the 4th floor and has an elevator. It consists of 1 bedroom, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all amenities. Guests have free Wi-Fi, cable TV and 2 air conditioners. Parking in front of the building is free.

Lovely one bedroom duplex condo with pool

This unique place has a style all its own.Fully equipped by minimalist way, with neutral colour it offer you extra conditions for your antistress holiday, plus beautiful place for long stay living, with areas for working, for cooking, and nice rest. We are in quiet area, but in walking distance to city centre, old town and beaches. Also we are next to pine forest so even in hottest days we have fresh air. Also we are just 300 metres from the biggest olive woods (Valdanos) in Montenegro

"Babovic1" is a cosy 40m² apartment with big panorama glass facing sea and a balcony of around 5m². There is a fancy bedroom 8m² with panorama glass as well. Apartment has a small (but big enough😀) kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary accessories. Apartment can accommodate max 3 person's. There are 2 separate Wifi's with 25mb speed each to ensure smooth usage. And most important me, with my big loving heart, as Your host to assist You in anything You might require. 😃😃
