The wooden house, built in 2024, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoiled island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

The villa's exterior features a blend of rustic stone and modern architecture, illuminated by wall-mounted lanterns. A tranquil pool is framed by chaise lounges and umbrellas, with lush greenery enhancing the atmosphere. Arched doorways add character to the overall design.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
