The wooden house, built in 2024, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoiled island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

The Big Lebowski Cabin

The Big Lebowski River Cabin was built with a simple idea in mind: Minimal footprint, maximum joy! The scenery from the terrace overlooking the river will absolutely knock your socks off! The cabin is equipped with A/C, Espresso machine, 2 Kayaks, WIFI etc. Seafood Restaurants are 1km away. The great sandy beach is 10min away by car. Boat tours are possible. SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.
