For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

House on enclosed land 1.3 km from the Rocher beach at the edge of the bike path. Indoor and outdoor parking, garden furniture, barbecue Rental for groups of at least 6 people from Saturday to Saturday in summer. It can accommodate up to 10 adults + 3 children. I rent to smaller groups during the week in the year on the basis of a price for 1 person for one night and €20 per additional person. No dishwasher, no WiFi.
