a very pleasant 4-day stay in a chalet overlooking Lake Leman. Chalet with all necessities. Very good remote communication with Marie-Helene. I would this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Swiss chalet! The view from the property is stunning, and the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the chalet is ideally suited for families with babies and kids — everything felt very safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of a typical Swiss chalet. We would love to come back!

Marie welcomed us when we arrived to explain the different features of the chalet which is also very well-equipped. Having a garage is a great luxury when you don't want to scratch the car in the morning! Our host was responsive to every question we asked him. I highly recommend this listing!

Sylvie is absolutely wonderful and her home is the best place we've stayed in Morzine. We're booking to return next year! We are two families who came with two toddlers, a 5-year-old and 17-year-old. All of the kids were entertained and happy. There is plenty of space for everyone to convine for some social time or do their own things. Eight of us in total and never felt cramped. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous! The Prodains bus stops right outside so getting to Avoriaz each day was very easy. Morzine center is ten minutes walk. The hill is steep but you can get the free bus instead. We did the hill with a double pram and it was fine. Sylvie us full of recommendations and her home has plenty of toys, dvds, etc to keep everyone entertained. Although our toddlers just wanted to visit the chickens next door and play in the flowers most of the time. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy!

Amazing modern house, with beautiful views, perfectly located in Malbuisson (close pool, walks, lake on foot, not far from ski resorts, polar park, cross country skiing, a few restaurants, supermarkets...), with lots of sleeping and bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, large balconies, an open garden with swings, plenty of parking spaces, a garage to store outdoor equipment... Perfect for large groups of friends/families. Duvets and blankets to choose from, and quite in number. Plenty of dishes, everything you need in the kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, lots of space in several fridges/freezers (no hair dryer found). Several sleds available. The owners are very friendly, and live right next door (reassuring in case of any worries). We recommend it without hesitation! Provide basic equipment (garbage bags, dishwashing products, hygiene products...)

We had a lovely stay with friends at Audrey's cottage. Baby things (crib, travel bed, high chair, changing mat, etc.) were a real plus for us. The cottage has a great view, the kitchen was well equipped, and Audrey was very responsive to answer our questions. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is great, the cottage is really nice, if you're looking for a typical all-wood place this is where you need to go. A big plus for raclette, fondue, soup mixer, 2 different types of vacuum cleaners among other things, all the necessary products for everyday life (laundry/oven cleaner/soap/sponges, etc.) and for cleaning. The terrace is beautiful, games for children, bicycles, and a petanque ground more than welcome, everything is there! The only thing to remember for those who would like to "chill" is that there is no sofa in the main room, it is upstairs that there is a TV and 3 sofa beds. I would highly recommend it, children and adults really had a great time, 4 nights was way too short! Thanks to Sophie for being responsive to every message. :D

We stayed in this beautiful chalet as a group of seven plus a dog. The house is very spacious and almost everyone in the group ended up with a private bathroom which was a huge plus. The kitchen is staffed with all necessary (and high quality) equipment for big groups. The chalet is located in the middle of fields which makes for a stunning view and offers a lot of privacy. The owner lives just next door so if there are any problems they are also easily reachable. The location is very accessible for both city and nature trips. A supermarket and gas station are close by (5min drive). Overall I would highly recommend this Airbnb for large groups. We are definitely considering coming back - maybe in the winter this time!

Chalet Antonio was perfect for our family ski holiday. The location is idyllic and peaceful with panoramic mountain views. The accommodation was immaculate and, at the same time, homely. Tony could not have been more helpful with his recommendations for restaurants and responses to our queries. I cannot recommend a stay at the chalet more highly - perfect for our requirements and a huge success.

The chalet was 100% perfect. Ideal location a short walk (5mins max) from two of the main lifts. Also very spacious. The highlight however was Sue’s hospitality. I’ve used Airbnb for years and years and never had the pleasure of meeting a host as generous with their time and attention as Sue was. A really brilliant Airbnb and therefore excellent holiday.

Ideally located for the shuttle to go skiing in Avoriaz, the chalet is beautiful and the amenities are complete and new. No complaints about the cottage and the host's services. We could go back no problem.

This is my second time visiting Fran’s beautiful chalet and I loved it just as much as the first. The chalet is decorated to a high standard and has everything you need to feel at home, the view is outstanding! I sat on the balcony watching the hills change in the sunlight - just stunning! Lots of hikes close by so really enjoyed these this time around. Beds were super comfy, great showers and of course an amazing bath outside. We’re working on dates for our next visit!

The Chalet is spacious and cosy. We very much enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi while the ski room was extremely convinient. Overall a great place for a family ski vacation.

From every point of view, one EXCEPTIONAL word to say. Catherine and Samuel are welcoming and attentive to the needs of their guests. The accommodation is very well equipped, the bedding is very nice, all the comforts to enjoy an extraordinary stay; as described. Thank you again so much.

We had a great time in a wonderful location in a hearty, well maintained house. Especially the view of the lake is outstanding. Communication was hassle-free and we highly recommend this house.

very nice house! It has all the amenities you need and it is extremely close to the beach and to a nice park. Also nice garden with barbecue and a lot of play stuff. The kitchen is perfect. It was self check-in and there were no instructions, so at first some things, like sorting trash and using the TV, were difficult. I would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for a group of 10 adults.

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. We went skiing at Portes du Soleil which is a very large skiable area connecting 10 ski villages including 4 in Switzerland. The Ardent lift is just a few minutes drive down the road and you can buy lift tickets at the lift. If you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive it, there are free shuttle buses (at least in winter) that go around the area. And for sure to the Ardent lift(gondola). Lake Montroid is beautiful and the views don’t get old! The Chalet has great views. I used the sauna and even did a cold plunge in the fountain. It makes you feel alive. We ate at the restaurant at Hotel du Lac and had a delicious dinner. and we recommend going into Morzine and trying the French pastries at La Bonbonniere (a highly rated bakery) The hike up the mountain to the chalet does take effort, but it is worth it. I wasn’t looking forward to that hike after the second day of skiing, but other times were fine. A small waterfall is on the path.

Like last year, our stay was very pleasant. Still a perfect place to take a break and relax through the peace and nature. Kahena was very helpful and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is in a privileged setting by the lake, close to shops. The house is functional and well-equipped. Albane is a welcoming and available host. We had an exelent weekend.

We were allowed to spend a very nice week in the chalet of François as a family (2 adults, 2 children). François greeted us personally and showed us everything important in and around the chalet. He also gave us some tips for exploring the area. The chalet with the rooms, kitchen, bathroom were very clean and as described on the pictures. The view of the lake from the living room is great! On our departure day, François came by again, so we could do the check-out together and say goodbye to François personally. We enjoyed the week very much and recommend the chalet as a very nice place to spend nice days in and around it.

We spent a very pleasant week at Béatrice's, the cottage is ideally located (lakes, gazebos and waterfalls a few minutes by car), very well equipped and warm, full of games available for the whole family.
