We had a lovely weekend at Charley's. The setting was very pleasant and the accommodation perfectly matches the photos, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The private pool is a real pleasure. The welcome was very warm and Charley and his partner are super nice. Don't hesitate to go there, we know we'll be back! :))

Very nice house equipped to comfortably accommodate a large family. Plenty of space and all the comforts you need (the photos don't quite do the space available!). Quiet environment, easy street parking and local shops within walking distance. Host responsive despite our late check-in. A very pleasant family Christmas!

We had an absolutely perfect long weekend! The sun was at the rendezvous, the house is superb, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, and the grounds are a real little piece of paradise. Special mention to our host, warm and welcoming, who immediately made us feel at ease. A place we treasure — thank you for a wonderful stay!

Afton has very clear instructions for self check-in at her home. In addition, a book has been made by him and everything is indicated. Impeccable bed quality. Great services. Baby supplies available. Ping pong table, games. Top. Peaceful environment, a nice walk is to be done at the bottom of the house, with lots of animals.

Second stay in this beautiful pleasant and very well located country house, a short walk from Sablé. The bucolic environment is always as peaceful. Comfortable and convenient, there are all the amenities you need to have a great stay.

Perfect, as described. I recommend it without a problem

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay with a group of seven in Emma's and Jacqueline's place. The host replied very quickly to messages and specifically asked us which beds to make beforehand, so that was all taken care of beforehand. A minor issue with the drainage was fixed at the same day. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful, spacious and pleasant house. Clean, well-maintained house, with beautiful volumes and beautiful views. The outside is just as charming, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend it!

The houses on both the ground floor and the 1st floor fully met expectations: neat, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The beds were excellent. Only missing may be the lack of a dishwasher in the kitchen, but otherwise it is a great stay where we would like to come back again.
