The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool. - We have spent a lot of time and love selecting the furniture and designing the look and feel of the Venice Beach House. Architectural Masterpiece with Roof Deck

Watch the sunset from the rooftop deck of this modern, architectural gem. Relax beside a Zen waterfall in a flowing indoor-to-outdoor industrial design space with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors, two fire pits, and colorful decor and art. Children 18 and under do not count in the posted occupancy limit so for example 8 adults plus several children would be allowable. There are four premium portable roll away beds not shown in photos that will fit in any of the spacious bedrooms, or in the living room, bringing the bed total to 9. URBAN LOFT is what the “living room” feels like . Perfect for large groups and events because the entire ground floor is one large open space (approx. 1,000 sq ft.) Half the space is open and can be set up with tables, yoga mats, seating. The oversized sofa and ottomans seat ten and face a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The huge sliding glass doors open to a large private patio, and features custom furniture that seats ten and surrounds a gas fire-pit! CHEF”S KITCHEN features a Viking 6 burner range and all the cooking equipment you might need, tableware for 12, with plenty of space for chefs and caterer. The dining table seats ten and there are two folding tables and chairs available to expand capacity by eight. Open the sliding glass doors and hear the soothing sounds of a Zen water wall! Two Weber 22” domed traditional charcoal barbecues provided for grilling. ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS: Large Flat screen TV’s are in the living room, master suite, and front guest bedroom , and include cable and premium content. Stream your own content, or play your Apple library via Apple TV in the living room system. For PowerPoint presentations, or any content played on your laptop, you may connect your laptop to the TV via HDMI cable (Bring your own). For music, the large Bose Sound Dock is in the living room. It plays your music through Bluetooth enabled devices. Music channels are also available on DirecTV. MASTER BEDROOM is large enough to be an apartment! It has an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, private balcony, separate living area with tv and sofa, and hanging bubble chair (#instagram spot.) THE TWO GUEST BEDROOMS share a bathroom. Two queen beds are in one, King and twin beds in the other, Sleeping arrangements are flexible; move any of the four portable rollaway beds into any of the bedrooms, or even down to the living room. To be clear, there are three private bedrooms and the house works best for large groups who are flexible in their sleeping arrangements. Capacity numbers assume two people will be sharing the beds of queen and king size. . BABIES AND TODDLERS are welcome, and I have a portable crib and two high chairs. But, please note following section about stairs: STAIRS: The house is of modern construction and has long stairs made of concrete and steel connecting the living room to the upstairs bedroom level. These can be a concern for the elderly, or for very young or unruly kids. A safety gate is available for the top of the main stairs, which installed upon request. ROOFTOP DECK Is an utterly private deck on the third floor, with 270 degree views, a peek of the Hollywood sign, chaise lounges for four, sofa for ten all surrounding a gas fire-pit. It’s a great place to sun and hangout, watch the sunset, or drink cocktails by the fire. Due to noise restrictions, guest use not permitted after 10 pm. PARKING: Two cars will fit in the driveway. You also have exclusive use of two more parking spots in the street, parallel to the garage door . (Except Tuesday morning 8:30-10:30 am street sweeping) In general, this neighborhood has ample street parking, except during summer weekends, or warm winter ones. During those times, any cars in excess of four can park (even overnight) in the public parking lots nearby : #9 at 14031 Palawan Way, or #13 at 4601 Via Marina. , in Marina Del Rey. SELF CHECK-IN The house features an electronic lock on the front door. Two days prior to your arrival I will send you your code that unlocks it, and you may let yourself in any time after 4pm on your day of arrival (or 1:30 pm for luggage drop off). House instructions and wi fi passwords are posted in the kitchen. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE DEPARTURE This is a frequent request, and since the house is rented out nearly 100%, usually impossible to accommodate. The house takes five hours to clean between 11 am checkout and 4 pm check in. However, if you don’t mind seeing a messy house you may drop off luggage after 1pm. Similarly, if you are checking out and have a late flight, you may leave luggage by the front door until 12:30 pm. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT. I get many more rental requests than I can handle. I need to fill every night of the week, so I have some guidelines that determine which rental requests I accept. Following these will help get your request accepted: 1. Weekend reservations that includes a Saturday night must be for a minimum of three nights. (Exceptions may be made made if the reservation is less than two weeks away or if Friday night or Sunday night is already booked. In that case a two night stay is acceptable. 2. I almost always accept one or two night stays midweek, especially if it does not leave a gap to either the preceding or following reservation, or is unlikely to. Reservations that leave a one or two day gap are less likely to be accepted than those adjacent an existing reservation. The calendar is published with my Airbnb listing. I understand that most peoples travel plans are not flexible, so please ask and I will make every effort to accommodate you. But if I say no to your request for a Saturday night only stay, understand this is why. And if you really, really want to experience an amazing “baller” place in Venice, this is how! NOISE RESTRICTION HOURS This is a quiet family neighborhood, with working families in the houses surrounding. To allow my neighbors peace and quiet, we have a strict rule that our outdoor patio areas are closed between 10pm and 8am . Similarly, if you are playing music or watching TV, kindly do so with windows and sliding doors closed. FILM AND EVENT USE The house has been used successfully for feature films, commercials, video interviews, catalog shoots, music videos, lifestyle photos, Wedding; dinners, brunches, makeup, family, photos, ceremonies; strategy meetings, special interest seminars, yoga retreats, dinner parties and, employee off sites. I generally do not allow birthday parties, bachelor /bachelorette parties, music performances, or any gathering likely to create excessive noise or disturb the neighbors. For speciaI uses, charge the daily Airbnb rate for the number of guests actually sleeping over, plus an additional flat fee that is based on the specifics of your use. To request a quote, tell me the number of people sleeping over each evening, plus an estimate of the total number of additional visitors, employees, guests , employees or service providers who would be at the property each day. Please provide detailed information about your event, including hours (events past ten pm not permitted). Guests are responsible for trash removal in excess of one containers worth, and I can connect you with a service to remove yours. Please note that for any use that starts in the morning, it is required to also book the day preceding. Inspection of the property is available prior to renting. Entire house! and, front patio and upstairs deck. Garage is for owners use only. We do self check-ins. I will send you a key code that opens the front door two days before your arrival. Abbot Kinney, named the coolest street in America, is home to fabulous restaurants, super cool bars, trendy boutiques, and shops. Bus service one block away. Uber and Lyft, public bike rentals everywhere. Metro train station is 2.5 miles away in Santa Monica can take you all over LA. LAX is 8 miles away. House has parking for four cars, and public overnight parking is available public parking lots nearby : #9 at 14031 Palawan Way, or #13 at 4601 Via Marina. , in Marina Del Rey. This is a quiet, family neighborhood, and this is not a "party house". To preserve peace for my neighbors, outdoor areas may be used between 7:30 and 10 pm only. As mentioned in the copy, there are stairs between main floor and two floors above which are made of steel and concrete. (Safety gate available) The best Venice Beach location, family friendly, just 5 blocks to the beach and one block to the famous canals. You won't need your car; everything is walking distance! Nearby Abbot Kinney Street, named the coolest street in America, is home to fabulous restaurants, super cool bars, trendsetting boutiques, and unusual shops. Over the ridge to the Valley is 12 minute drive with access to all modern shopping amenities and restaurants. Its really up you. We are a super chill couple with years of airbnb experience as both hosts and guests. Your space is your own private area that is connected to the main house by a short trail. We are always available to help with advice about the area or to just hang out and trade travel stories. Topanga is a special place that has been occupied by native americans for hundreds of years. They chose this area for its lush vegetations, calm winds and dry temperate climate. The moisture comes up the canyon every morning and evening to feed the vegetation. It truly is a mountainous paradise within proximity to all LA has to offer. The people are a laid back mix of musicians, artists and film makers from all over the world. You can literally get lost in the maze of meandering roads and trails that give sight to the eclectic architecture and natural vistas. Everyday the weather is near perfect - you have to experience it yourself to fully understand. A rental car is a must in LA. You can use LYFT or UBER to get to and from the city but it is not as convenient as having your own wheels. A taxi can be taken from LAX or Burbank airports to the cabin. Mountain biking and hiking are great ways to explore the area. Several trails originate near our home and can be taken all the way down to the coast. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level. The cabin is a guest house on our property with its own parking space. We have 2 driveways so parking is never an issue. The cabin has a kitchen with a fridge, 2 burner range and a microwave. The private deck features a picnic table, a hammock, two lounge chairs and a small propane Weber grill. Available for any help/guidance! And we love to meet our guests but fully respect their privacy. The cabin is a few minutes' drive to Topanga and some great organic restaurants as well as fun shops. Drive to the beach in Malibu or stay in the area and commune with nature on a hike or bike ride. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level.

Our guesthouse is perfect for industry people needing to be close to the frenetic energy of Hollywood, but who still like the peace and quiet of a private retreat. For those looking to explore Los Angeles, we are close to the studios, shopping, Griffith Park, public transit and all major thoroughfares. There is one queen sized bed with a memory foam topper. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

Huge walk-in closet upstairs. Loft area with cathedral ceilings creates open feel for entertaining or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with service for eight. 2 flat-screen T.V.’s with full list of Direc-TV channels and hi-speed internet access. Shopping, restaurants, grocery, Starbucks and Jamba Juice less than a mile. Getty Museum and Universal Studios are a short drive, and Disneyland is under 45 miles. Close access to westside of Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica, etc.), and less than one mile from some of the best hiking trails in the city. Please note that we have 2 very friendly dogs that live in the main residence. They are NEVER allowed in the guest house, whether we have guests in residence or not. If you or your family has an allergy or is otherwise disinclined to be around dogs, it's quite easy for us to make sure that they are confined to areas where guests won't interact with them when they are coming, going or in the backyard. If not, and you'd like to meet our pooches, then "woof-woof," because they'd love to meet you!

1924 Spanish Retreat in the Hollywood Hills

Wake up to city views and soak up the sunshine at a classic Spanish Hollywood hideaway with Bohemian flavor. Eat breakfast on the terrace and look out over the treetops swaying in the cool breeze, before a hike to the famous Hollywood Sign. Gated, Spanish charmer in the Hollywood Hills, between Beachwood Canyon and the Hollywood Dell. Decks with views and outdoor living space/patio with hillside mediterranean gardens. House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

This space can sleep up to 2 comfortably and a futon for 2 additional guests. We have BIKES, a TV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless Frigidaire appliances and laundry room. You will have the entire space for you and your guests! This home has it’s own Private entrance! There is free street parking in front of the house (never had an issue getting parking)! I am available to answer questions via the app, phone or text! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Jump on the cruiser bikes to begin exploring, with the beach less than 2 miles away. Downtown Long Beach is not much further, and is known for its sports bars. Spacious Tudor Home with Deck and Hillside View

Enjoy watching the sunset from the deck with beautiful hillside and garden views. This enchanting English Tudor home, mixes vintage details with modern amenities. Entry to the unit is through the garage which leads to a small lobby, and then to the stairs to the second story unit. The entire second floor is yours and includes the living room with a vaulted ceiling and dining area, kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove and breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled and master bath with a deep soaking tub, large master bedroom with walk in closet, guest bedroom, and balcony with a hillside view. You have access to the second story balcony and the backyard on the ground level. There are patio tables and lounge chairs for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. In the backyard, there are several fruit trees which include cherry, plum, apple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon and peach. When in season, guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruits. I reside in the unit on the first floor and I am generally available to answer questions or assist if you need anything. Located in historic View Park, a little known picturesque hillside community with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown LA. It's perfectly positioned a mere 9 miles to downtown, 8 miles to LA's most popular beaches, and 5 miles to LAX. To get around the city, you can use Uber, Lyft, or public transportation is also available within less than a mile walk. Guests will be asked to provide a valid photo ID at the time of check in if there is no profile picture.

Chic, Cottage-Style House on Balboa Island

The house was renovated with all new appliances and decor, but the chic cottage feeling reminds you that you are on the charming Island of Balboa, Many of our repeat visitors are 3 generation families. the grandparents, children and grandchildren, who love their "trundle room". The sand and bay are just steps away. Bikes, SUPs, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games, for both inside and out. We even have a baby pool to use on the patio for little ones. Also a port a crib and high chair if needed. There is a tenant in back who will share the W/D in the garage, but the rest of the property and equipment is yours. I usually meet the guests on arrival to show them around and of course to meet them. I live just a few miles away, so am available if they havr questions, The home is situated on Balboa Island, a little-known gem. Main Street, which is just 2 blocks away, has unique shops and several restaurants. The ferry to Newport Beach is just a short walk from the house. Kayak, bike, paddle board, or simply relax on the beach. Walking or biking are the easiest ways to navigate the Island! We have a garage for your use, and Fashion Island and Newport Beach are close by. Balboa is a lovely little community and some of our neighbors live there year round, so we ask our guests to respect that the houses are close by, and to bring their visiting inside at 10 on weekdays and 11 on the weekends.
