The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.

This elegant studio apartment boast views amongst the best you will find in Los Angeles. The Silver Lake Reservoir is at your feet and the Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood Sign loom in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking view. Not only are the views outstanding, but the unit itself is an architectural diamond. Not a right angle in the 600 sf unit. Designed by the architect Tom Marble and finished in 2013, the unit is made up of triangles and sliding doors of glass. This unit was built for pleasure. Enjoy the 47" television with cable including HBO. Entertain outside on the spectacular deck. Luxuriate in the gorgeous tile shower & sleep on the fabulously comfortable queen size bed with down duvet. This place has to be seen and experienced to believe. Private unit with huge private deck. Guest also have access to the lovely garden. I am either staying on the property on nearby. I am always available to answer questions. I want each guest to have a wonderful experience. The studio is situated the fabulous Silver Lake neighborhood close to Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. Renowned restaurants, coffee shops, and ample shopping opportunities are easily reached. There are 50 steps up to the front door. Bus to Downtown is right down the street; however, most people rent a car or use uber or lyft. Please try to rent a smaller car. This is a cul du sac stair street and parking is tight! Please rent a smaller car. Parking is in a small carport on but a narrow cul du sac street. Please note there are 50 steps up to the front door.
