This home was perfect for a week long stay in central California. It was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed for a perfect week. It was a short trip north to Pismo Beach and a short trip south to Santa Maria and Vandenberg Space Force Base. Gloria responded extremely promptly upon each question and each request, always going above and beyond! The back deck with shade cover was a source of relaxation. The lizards were fun to watch. Countryside wineries are so close! I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of a busy metro hotel. We already have plans to return for our next visit to the area! Thanks Gloria!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

This place has amazing views! The home is spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our family of six. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and showcase the peaceful surroundings. We loved the pond with six adorable ducks and even spotted turtles and squirrels! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with toiletries. The fire pit and BBQ grill were great extras—we used them to make delicious carne asada from El Rancho Market. The downstairs neighbor was super friendly and gave great local tips. A few notes: check-in is firm at 4 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m., and you’ll want to bring your own spices since many were expired. Also, the fridge was on vacation mode when we arrived and took overnight to cool. Still, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!
