What a great place! The house is beautiful and spotless. Was able to take a beautiful oceanside run from the house. Was also able to take an easy peaceful Walk in the nature preserve that is right around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was amazing. Could have easily lived in or at least stayed for longer. Will definitely keep this on a favorites list for a future stay in SB!

This house in Ballard is an absolute gem! The home looks just like the photos and is impeccably designed. Morgan has highlighted the old charm of the house with modern upgrades and every corner of the property is beautifully thought out. We loved the fragrant scent of the jasmine plants surrounding the property and loved every other detail of the home, even down to the bed linens. The location is ideal for a weekend exploring Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and the other surrounding cities. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay!

Really nice place to stay! Close to the 101. Close to shops and the coast. Quiet neighborhood, very close to a really nice park for your pet or kids, beautiful backyard was immaculate. Big family room with a gas fireplace was a nice extra. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lots of towels and washer dryer easy to use. Plenty of room for a family. I’d go back again.!!!

This home was perfect for what our family needed. Mike was a great host and was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. He went out of his way to help us out during our time of need and was very understanding and quick to communicate any needs he had or to help us with our needs. It was a very trying time for us and it was a comfort to come back to the Airbnb every day and have a clean and comfortable place to take refuge in. We highly recommend.

Gaurav’s place was clean, accessible easily and as described in the photos. We had a little snafu while checking in but Gaurav was quick to respond even though it was past 11 PM. Recommend.

Our stay with Jen was amazing! A girlfriend and I decided to do an impromptu overnight staycation in Los Alamos and we couldn’t be happier with the Heritage House. My bestie is a photographer and loved how every square inch was insta-worthy and photoshoot ready. I think my favorite part of the house is the clawfoot tubs - I’m a sucker for a good bathtub and will plans stays around one. The house itself is adorable and has been remodeled with a ton of charm and character, the attention to detail stood out from the second we stepped in the door. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. It is walking distance to all the best local spots, we popped over to Bob’s for breakfast. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the stay and will definitely be back!

We stopped by this place on our way to winery. A tiny house, but beautiful, clean and cozy space for a family of 4 to stay a night.

The house has a lot of Charms, lots of interesting spaces and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Got to see one of the rocket launches from SpaceX. Kate is very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed that the house rules don’t require a lot of housekeeping on your way out. It feels more relaxing that way.

This house is beautiful, clean and is full of amenities. The view is stunning and the gardens are amazing. Only note is the walkway isn’t good for suitcases so be prepared to carry them and not roll them to the front door. Lots of space and privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property and view are absolutely gorgeous, peaceful yet close to Los Olivos and all the wineries. The unit is spacious, clean and has SO many extra amenities - coffee, tea, toiletries, plenty of towels, they thought of everything you might need. Bed and linens so comfortable and huge TVs in both the living room and bedroom. We loved being able to use the hot tub under the stars. Our golden retriever was in absolute heaven being able to run around the fenced property and it was so nice that they let him use the pool too! We look forward to staying again.

Everything was perfect! Treated my wife and her girlfriends for a weekend stay for her 40th birthday and they came back with stellar reviews. Hilary was communicative and helpful throughout the booking, check-in, and stay. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a unique and special stay up in Solvang

We found this rental to be perfect for us. It is a great location that allows you to get to Los Olivas and Solvang waist by car or electric bike. The home itself is stunning, great kitchen, good beds, very clean and just felt homey. Host was attentive and kind and went over and above.

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

Second time staying at Todd’s place and can’t wait to go back. It’s super spacious and very clean. Has everything you need and so comfortable. The backyard is great! I can’t recommend this place enough. Todd is amazing.

We absolutely loved staying at Nate’s yurt. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was perfectly equipped, the compost toilet actually smelled nice (I was dreading this the most), the land is BEAUTIFUL, the animals were adorable, the hammock was comfy, the campfire was perfectly sized… did I mention that we loved staying at Nate’s? =) He was a perfect host and the eggs were delicious! It’s clear the space is maintained with love and care to detail that only comes when people are passionate about something. Nate and his partner have created a lovely space for people to come relax and enjoy — free to be whoever they want to be and relax away from the pressures of life to enjoy nature and good company. Definitely bring your groceries and earplugs (roosters are active). I hope I get to return soon! I might even bring my daughter next time. I know she’s love the petting zoo and short hike on the property.

The studio feels like home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. The hosts who lives next door are very kind and welcome. Be back for sure.

The property was perfect for our weekend with our family. The house was warm and inviting. The living room, dining room and kitchen made perfect gathering areas, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and bright. The location is central to wineries, restaurants, and local venues. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and book another stay in the future.

Wonderful cozy place! Stayed here for over a month and enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts are amazing and easy to work with. I even forgot an item and she let me know right away. She was willing to meet up with me so I could get the item back. I definitely recommend you stay here. Great price, amazing WiFi, wonderful host.

A lovely, spacious, centrally located Airbnb situated in the beautiful Pico garden, this was the perfect spot for our weekend work trip! It had everything we would ever need and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable! Would stay again

I couldn’t have found a better place to stay if I tried. For the price, the place was incredibly roomy and very conveniently located. Anywhere you need to go in Santa Barbara will be a very short drive away, and lots of great restaurants or stores are within walking distance. The property is beautiful, well kept, and surrounded by fruit trees. I was never disturbed in the slightest by noise or other people. And Miriam couldn’t have been friendlier or more communicative and responsive. She also kindly offered me some of her home-grown bananas—genuinely the best bananas I have ever had. If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do. Once I spent a few days here, I realized how lucky I was to have found it. I doubt any other choice could have come close. Thank you Miriam!

Daryl continues to be the best host ever! We have stayed in both of Daryl’s and Melissa’s homes in SB and both are exemplary. We just got home to Cincinnati and we’re ready to go back. We had a wonderful 6-week stay!!! Simply the best!

My mom and I picked this cozy spot because of its proximity to the main street in Solvang! It made everything so much easier! We were only here for the weekend but really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Highly recommended! Taylor was super responsive and kind!
