good location, close to the bridge and sights. Sole was slow to respond however she was attentive to needs. It would only improve the plumon that had stains as well as the cover of a pillow, the pedal of the bathroom dumpster was broken so it could only be opened with the hand which was unpleasant. Otherwise it would have been an ideal place

Incredible! Beautiful the depa, very well equipped, Carlos I leave us absolutely everything, even to wash clothes we had!. Everything is very tidy and clean, very well located the depa and with a beautiful view, we love it! In addition, Carlos was super friendly and friendly, he gave us all the directions and I explain with a lot of patience!, very tender.

Beautiful house, super comfortable, wonderful surroundings. Quiet to rest, but also relatively close to the center of Valdivia. Highly recommended. In person it is better than the photos 🥰

Very good accommodation, with all amenities, comfortable and clean beds, as well as the 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped house. Host very helpful at all times. It is in a very good location, close to Pucón and Caburgua. A very peaceful place to relax. With my family we recommend it 100%.

Excellent environment to enjoy and relax. Fernando was an excellent host, always responding promptly and with the best willingness to help us. The cabin was spotless and they waited for us with fire for these cold days. I wish I could come back soon.

The apartment is the same as in the photos and impeccable. Gema responded to everything and was very helpful. The center is about a 6-minute drive away, so it's close to get around by car or taxi. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I recommend it.

It is located in a quite quiet and comfortable area, close to the center but without the chaos of the tacos you take with at this time of the year in Pucón. Communication with Daniela was super timely, clear and friendly, in addition to offering flexibility to a request I make, given my health condition. Thank you Daniela!

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Highly recommended accommodation. The apartment has everything that you need. Pamela always responded very quickly to messages and needs. We ask for an extra stove and at half an hour we reached it. The only thing that can be improved is that the guard constantly asked us what apartment we were about, having arrived more than 5 days ago.

Kathy at all times was very attentive and cordial to us, her depto., impeccable, very clean and welcoming, we will definitely be back again, thank you very much Kathy, 100% recommended ☺️

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting
