Apartment (2nd floor) located in the middle of the cities of Enns, Linz and Steyr, which can be reached in about 20 minutes. The apartment is in the countryside and in a very quiet location. Local shops in the village (about 1.3 km). The apartment is fully equipped, has two large living bedrooms (30 sqm and 18 sqm), a kitchen (about 16 sqm), a bathroom and a large anteroom. The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance. Certain garden areas can also be used. Musicians are welcome!
