Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as air conditioning. The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a very small shower room.

Close to the Centre de Martel (10 minute walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other tourist possibilities around. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, fully renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the BBQ or plancha.

Large attic room (quite low ceiling) with stone walls, with a large double king size bed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even in very hot weather.
