It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

From the desk you have a great view of the surrounding area and you can keep an eye on the little ones in the playground from the kitchen & dining room. The immediate proximity to nature offers great hiking routes and the Moselle already greets you with a 10-minute drive.

Welcome to our cozy apartment at Mosel kilometer 105 in the Art Nouveau city of Traben-Trarbach. The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house. It has a separate entrance via an external staircase as well as a private roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day relaxed with a glass of wine. Quiet and close to the Moselle, you can reach the train station, gastronomy and shopping on foot.
