Vacation rentals with a patio in Loughborough

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

I had a lovely stay at Richard's for a few nights. It's a really thoughtfully designed little space (exactly as described and photo'd), kitted out with everything you need for a short stay, and located a 2-min walk from a lovely little farm shop. The place was spotless on arrival and Richard's communication before and during the stay was excellent. He was responsive, welcoming, flexible and, overall, very helpful. I felt well looked after and would highly recommend.

Perfectly placed for our needs. All aspects of the booking were completely seamless. It is a maisonette so we could hear the flat above but was in no way intrusive and we all had a restful night The flat had everything you could wish for and the decoration was perfect. Already considering our next booking highly recommended.

Marcus's place is just idyllic!!! The cottage is beautiful, very clean and stylish. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and TV connected with streaming services. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and they have two fabulous horses. Everything is PERFECT in there, I love this place!

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. Sarah has the most beautiful home, it was so clean and tidy and such a peaceful stay, I have absolutely fell in love with the place, Sarah is such a fantastic host and made sure everything went smoothly, She also left us a complimentary breakfast and a big variety of teas and coffee's, we will definitely be making this a regular monthly stay to ease the stresses of a hectic family life and gaining some quality time together in this beautiful place,

Beautiful property in a great location for Alrewas Hayes where my niece got married and the arboretum. Great communication and everything you need in the property with a stunning garden to the River Trent. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Lilian's apartment with our two small dogs. The check-in instructions were clear, and we found the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all spotlessly clean and well equipped. The centre of Birmingham was a little under a 30-minute drive away; the residential location itself was very peaceful. The small garden to the rear of the property was secure and well maintained, and as the evening became chillier, it was easy to adjust the thermostat to warm up the apartment. Friends had recommended Millison's Wood for a nearby dog walk, and the Bakery at Hampton Manor for breakfast pastries and coffee, which we duly did, before checking out finally. We would happily return if we were visiting our dear friends or this part of the Midlands again.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Fantastic annex property just a few minutes walk from Southwell Minster in a very peaceful residential area. Property was spotless and benefited from the owners beautiful gardens both front and back together with off-road parking. Even though only there for two nights we were provided with a very generous welcome pack (milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, bread and beer) which was an unexpected treat.

One of our favourite stays! Julie’s place is absolutely gorgeous - so cosy and beautifully decorated. Julie was so sweet, really helpful and went above and beyond for us. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location to explore the area. Really peaceful and relaxing stay, just what we needed before attending a wedding! Would definitely recommend ☺️

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
