The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

Little barn in the heart of Périgord noir Dordogne

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

Nous louons notre gîte situé dans un petit village, Cublac. Commerces à proximité (épicerie, boulangerie, restaurants etc). Nous sommes situé à 5 min de Terrasson Lavilledieu, 20 minutes de Montignac (24), 30 minutes de Sarlat (24), 15 minutes de Brive la gaillarde (19)… Nous vivons dans la maison qui est à côté tout au long de l’année. On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
