Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Pleasant and flexible host for a serene welcome, with the possibility of loan of litter for pets. Little noise isolation with the street but nothing disturbing knowing that it is under construction (inactive) and therefore not busy. Large comfortable beds, clean accommodation except for dishes that needed to be cleaned before use. Easy access, close to bus, tram and downtown a few minutes walk. Large TV with premium youtube, small dining table for 6 but for 4 or 5 is perfect. Foosball in good condition with several balls available.

Very nice accommodation, ideally located, tastefully decorated, functional and complete layout. Host super responsive to any questions and available. I recommend it.

We stayed one night and everything went very well. The bedrooms and living room are spacious. Located near the city center. I would recommend it.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed at Katia's place on our visit to La Flèche Zoo. The space was exemplary clean. Everything is designed for the kids. The host provided an umbrella bed, high chair, and security for the stairs. There is also a large garage to park your vehicle. I highly recommend this place for a short stay with family.

Coming for a weekend with friends at the Le Mans GP, we had a great stay at Pauline's clean and spacious accommodation, the terrace is really nice too. Pauline was warm and very available

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all amenities are available "you can feel at home" nothing is missing! Exactly as in the photos and the description "I would say even better" it is impeccable, no complaints. Severine was attentive and available, I thank her for her patience and responsiveness! Quick response and good solutions to good times

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Apartment as described, clear and relevant instruction. Well located accommodation in Le Mans, close to the train station and not very far from the circuit.

We rented Katy's apartment for the 24h of Le Mans. The apartment is well located, 5 minutes from the tram line that takes you directly to the site. For the apartment itself, it is very cozy, tastefully decorated. The bedding is really comfortable. Katy is responsive, very nice to interact with.
