Located between Schwedenplatz and Stephansdom, Ruby Lissi is a great base for exploring Vienna's buzzing bar and restaurant scene, along with the city's top museums and parks. Die herzliche Gastgeberin Lisi bewohnt den ersten Stock und teilt sich einen Aufgang mit der zur Vermietung stehenden Wohneinheit. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll mit Möbeln aus Naturholz ausgestattet. Unter Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit einer Garagenparkplatznutzung im Hof.

Wenn Sie es überschaubar, aber doch auch geräumig wollen, werden Sie unser Studio Superior lieben. Mit seinen 40m² bietet es viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Diese Studios befinden sich in den ehemaligen Herrschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die teilweise historischen Räume in der Beletage sind höher als die normalen Studios und präsentieren sich mit hohen Doppelflügeltüren, Holztäfelungen, Parkettböden oder Stuckdecken.

Small private room in my apartment

I live in the very centrally located apartment and the small lockable room is for your exclusive use at your disposal. Attention! the flat is on the 4th floor, no elevator!! (100 steps to go). You can get to the city center by walk in about 10-15 minutes. The price per night is for 1 guest. I will be personally present upon arrival and hand over the key.
