Mystic has an open floor plan, a well-stocked kitchen, a fenced yard for games, a grill and fire pit. We are 6-8 min. walk to the beach access 10 & 11, (per online maps, time will vary with traffic & walkers speed) 2 blocks from the public ramp for bay access. This house is 1.4 miles to St. Andrews State Park, where you can snorkel, paddle boat, kite surf, swim, picnic or take the ferry to Shell Island. Mystic is close to restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Beach gear is provided.
