Vacation rentals with a firepit in Lower Merion Township

Stayed here for proximity to Flourtown for a wedding. Good area for restaurants. Close to Philadelphia. Beautiful fenced in yard my dog loved!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Loved the old house. Lots of room, very cozy. Allison and Michael communicated promptly and were very nice. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved the unique mid-century modern vibe and peaceful surroundings. Made us all nostalgic for my grandmothers home! We usually use hotels so don’t bring towels, TP, blow dryers etc. Everything was there for us- even a power loss supply basket and s’mores making supplies. We did end up having a massive thunderstorm one night but no leaks, flying debris or power loss.

Perfect spot for our visiting family. Close to many amenities, lots of room, and an overall homey and fun spot. Hosts are so responsive and kind. They were proactive in reaching out with check in instructions and follow up quickly. This put our mind and travels at ease.

We had a GREAT time at this location, with very few general complaints. -The TV was huge - beds where comfy -the air conditioning worked great - kitchen was gorgeous -location had everything you want for Philly (I am a Philly local) -the hot tub was clean -the house was darn near spotless Only complaints (and tbh this is nit picking!) -there is a charge for the hot tub (I feel there should only be one if you make a mess of it). Since the place was so pricey, we feel that a little much -you need to bring your own cleaning supplies (trash bags/paper towels, etc). -the tv didn’t have much in terms of streaming services/phone connection (bring a chrome cast or video game system if you want that). -water pressure wasn’t the best -it is a LITTLE loud outside at night, so be aware (not the owners fault, obviously—it’s right in center city so they’ll happen). THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back

love Tammy's place! this is the second time we stayed here and this was even better than the first (that's because it was warmer out this time and we could enjoy the outdoor lounge area). you won't be disappointed staying here:)

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

The house was immaculate, nicely appointed with things to make us feel comfortable and at home. Elaine quickly responded to questions and flexible with check-in.

The host was extremely accommodating on both check in and check out. She was always very fast with responses, super helpful, she is a superb host. Would definitely stay at her place again

This place felt like a home away from home! It was very cozy, spacious and peaceful. Also Justin and Amy were super helpful and responsive when I had questions. This was my first time in Philadelphia and despite the weather, I truly enjoyed my stay!!

Spotless, comfortable bed, and great for our big dog. Great stay!

Carlton's place is amazing! Just as pictured, and actually bigger than we expected! Full kitchen, bathroom, and spacious bedrooms! Only issue might be that it runs a little hot, even with the AC units running. Would stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a private, yet close to the city, stay.
