Das Ferienhaus steht etwas abseits des Haupthauses Lichtblick. Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Das Apartment liegt super zentral nahe der U-Bahnstation Mundsburg, gegenüber vom Mundsburg-Tower. Es wurde neu renoviert, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und hat einen modernen Stil. Direkt vor Ort sind viele Cafés & Restaurants, Bars, Shops und Kinos. Zur Alster sind es keine 15 Gehminuten. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert. Sie erhalten einen Code für die Haustür und das Apartment.

The property is located in a semi-detached house in Hamburg-Lokstedt. By car, you'll be at the airport in 20 minutes. The U-Bahn and Metrobus line 5 are a 10-minute walk away. Downtown is about 17 minutes. The trendy district of Eimsbüttel is halfway towards the city center. Despite the proximity to the city center, the excursion destinations "Niendorfer Gehege" (forest with deer park) and "Tierpark Hagenbeck" (zoo) are almost around the corner.
