Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The property is quietly and rurally located on the outskirts of Steinfurt-Borghorst in the beautiful Münsterland with good connections (B54 Münster - Enschede). Vacation in the middle of the historic old town. This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Cozy caravan

We completely renovated and insulated our Eribette from 1968, 2023. Unfortunately, in the same year, someone drove into our camper while we were on vacation. Unfortunately, the axle was bent, so we could no longer use it for travel. Since we have expanded our Eribette with a lot of love, we have not had the heart to part with it. We hope our guests enjoy it and its charm and enjoy a few beautiful days.
