Villa Mapai exceeded expectations. It was the most beautiful property with amazing views. It is very well maintained. Being right on the water was such a treat. We rented a boat for a few days and docked it right at the house which everyone enjoyed. You are in a great location as far as getting to the grocery, bakery and dinners out. The concierge service was top notch, the best we’ve received on any home rental which we have done many times. Alize helped arrange everything we needed ahead of time and Thibaud was available our entire stay for all our needs. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning sunrise to sunset views. The double-decker pool was a highlight for sure. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out to keep everyone comfortable. Toddler/ Family friendly. Exceptional staff -- Jenny, Marius, Edward & Stephen were all wonderful & attentive. We've truly couldn't have had a better time and hope to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach rental, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Mehdi, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, thanks to Agatha, the diligent housekeeper. Every corner of the rental was immaculately clean, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Agatha's attention to detail ensured that we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend this rental.

Happy Bay - Stylish villa above Happy Bay Beach

Our family enjoyed a week-long stay in this villa. As soon as you walk in the door, the sunning deck + infinity pool + ocean view immediately make you lose whatever train of thought you were on. And the living room's big sliding glass wall and decoration/furniture frame it well. That "what a brain-wiping view" effect persisted through a week of excursions as we drove around in our rental car. Family members kept commenting on how much they were able to relax in this setting, and how far away their brains got from mainland worries. While the view was distracting us the whole stay, Axel (concierge) and Lydia (housekeeping) did a great job behind the scenes helping us get the most out of the island, providing restaurant lists and helping us navigate all the villa amenities. The drive into the neighborhood includes a pretty steep hill. The rental car did fine in low gear going up, and with some heavy braking going down, but I'd brace for it if you're driving. Combined with the smaller/bumpier island roads, driving is its own experience in my opinion! The two nearby beaches are enough of a vertical climb, and there are enough nearby villas/walls/obstacles that we didn't attempt the walk (or ask how we even do the walk). The drive to Friar's bay beach is quick, and a walking path connects them. This villa seems like a fortress because it needs to survive hurricanes like the monstrous Irma in 2017. The pandemic came in behind and it felt like the island is still recovering from a one-two punch to its economy. For us, the walls/gates/etc performed double duty as security. We got to interact with the French police a bit (they too kept getting sidetracked by the view!) at the end of our stay because a burglar tried and failed to gain access. It felt random and unlucky, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Axel did great recommending we close up the villa doors/windows at night and insisting on common-sense care with valuables.

Amethyst - Cliffside Villa w/ Ocean Views

What an absolutely lovely vacation! If you are a nature lover, this property and the view are everything you could ever dream of! All of the modern amenities that a city dweller would be accustomed to: good wifi, powerful ac units, TVs in every room, a super modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers, plus a wine cooler. But completely immersed in nature! We had a few small hiccups upon arrival - a bit of water in the master room, and an issue with one of the bedroom doors closing: both were addressed immediately and we had no more issues for the remainder of the trip. We decided to get a chef for the week, and it was just magical! We felt so special and catered to by Chef Francky, Maria, Rodolfo, and the rest of his incredible team! Also the housekeeper June was so lovely and Cheyenne was very helpful. This was an absolute dream vacation for our family and friends - our first time in St. Martin, but will definitely not be our last!

Outstanding accommodations the view from the pool is breathtaking and the home is top notch. The team that comes with the house is really what makes the trip worth wild. Dana is extremely kind and does a great job making you feel right at home. The owners are definitely lucky to have someone like her watching over the day to day. We also had a private dinner with chef Julian and his team they were phenomenal! Please be sure to stop by his bakery (Jules bakery) for the best baked goods on the island. If we ever visit again we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for the flawless vacation.

We had a group of 10 for my 35th birthday and we had such an amazing stay! The villa was STUNNING! There was so much outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and socialize. We had dinner and brunch with Chef Laura. The food and service was wonderful and she was a pleasure to have in the kitchen. have stayed at air bnbs around the world and I can confidently say Enzo is the best host we have experienced. He was always quick to reply and helped us immediately with any of our needs. 10/10! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Blue Beach - Baie Longue Beachfront Villa w/ Pool

We had a great stay and the property was amazing ! The vast outdoor area with multiple seating / dining options , gazebo, landscaping, pool , beach access , well equipped house/kitchen- all were wonderful. The villa location felt safe - inside a gated area surrounded by large private villas. Great location close to stores , restaurants and other beaches , not walkable though - one definitely needs a car . Unfortunately there were some rocks on the beach near villa so we couldn’t swim there but one could get to a beautiful sandy side of the beach by car ( 1 minute away) or just walk 10 minutes. There are also multiple beautiful beaches nearby with beach service that are a short drive away. We were initially surprised that all 4 bedrooms were essentially 4 separate bungalows with a separate kitchen/living room building but since we ended up staying outside most of the time , the house layout worked great for us . Thank you for a great vacation and wonderful memories!

La Perla Bianca certainly is an unforgettable beachfront experience! We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the private oceanfront oasis. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures, and was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host (Enzo) went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for our arrival as well as throughout our stay. He was proactive and very attentive and offered numerous suggestions for daily excursions and restaurants to try. La Perla Bianca is a Picture Perfect, Private Luxury vacation spot. We will certainly use Lux Villa Vacations again in the future. Thank You!

Our family had a great time at Villa Aqua Dreams. The house is magnificent, and the views are amazing. The house easily accommodated 8 adults and 3 kids. Our host Chelsea was great - very responsive and helpful. The rest of the team did an excellent job, too. We highly recommend this space to other families.

Absolutely stunning! Imagine waking up to the turquoise ocean and the sound of waves. Every villa is spacious and private. Beautiful infinity pool with cabana and pool chairs. Outside bar area with a grill. Spacious open kitchen and main house to accommodate large parties. We had someone clean everyday except Sunday. Pool was cleaned twice. Beach towels provided. In villa massages were so relaxing. Rental car delivered to villa. Covid testing done in villa. I can go on and on but I'm going to stop here and say that this was the best vacation I have ever been on! 5 nights was not enough. I must go back!
