Stara Kuźnia - A cottage in the Noteć Forest

Do you dream of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city? How about replacing the noise of cars with the sound of the forest and the view of the lazy flowing Warta River? We offer a cozy 5-person cottage with an attic bedroom for 3 people and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (or an extra bed for a child up to 3 years of age). A fully equipped kitchen, where in addition to the gas hob you will find an old fuel kitchen, the so-called English kitchen, if someone wanted to bake bread on their own, and more.

New cottage commissioned June 2021. It is built of larch wood. For 11 guests. Ground floor large living room approx. 40m² with kitchenette approx. 10m² plus bathroom and utility room. The whole place is air-conditioned. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. And an attractive mezzanine with a mesh for lying under a glass roof. Outside, there is a 40 sqm larch wood terrace. The beach is 150 m away. The beach has attractions for children, floating equipment, and a newly opened luxury restaurant.

Hof Sandsee, relaxation in nature

Hof Sandsee is located in the Puszcza Notecka forest area. Pine forests alternate here with the floodplains of the Warta and the gentle hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest paths invite you to go hiking, horseback riding, cycling and carriage rides. It is a true paradise for mushroom and blueberry pickers. Hof Sandsee offers riding therapy on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides opportunities for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and relaxation in a dreamlike setting.

Lake Chill Swan House

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable houses right next to Lake Mierzyńskie. The cottages were built on an ancient Bronze Age settlement. This extremely charming place has been attracting people for thousands of years who willingly settled here taking advantage of the nearby lake, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistory during the construction of the resort. With us you will rest and experience beautiful moments.

Troll House

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The cottage is located in a charming Landscape Park in the vicinity of the Noteć Forest, which is abundant in mushrooms and berries. The area offers you beautiful hiking and cycling routes. The ideal location in the vicinity of Jaroszewskie Lake and Lutomskie Lake will delight fishing enthusiasts. 400 meters away, a beautiful sandy beach on the J. Jaroszewskie is a great place to relax with your family. We are looking forward to your visit!

Forest two

Bosco means forest in Italian. Bosco Due and Bosco Uno are our houses located on the edge of a beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with beautiful emerald-colored water. The reserve bordering us captivates with its terrain, colors that change throughout the year, and magnificent views. This place inspired us to build a house using natural technologies, an ecological house that harmonizes with the surroundings, designed so that spending time in it is a pleasure.

Sieraków - Land of 100 Lakes

A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. The village is located in the Land of 100 Lakes and the Sieraków Landscape Park, numerous bicycle trails, a good place for those who like peace and quiet. Travel time: Poznań - 1 hour 15 minutes Szczecin - 2 hours Wrocław - 2 hours 45 minutes Berlin - 3 hours 15 minutes

Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Dreaming of resting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and getting away from everyday life, and just a moment for yourself? Feel free to rent our unique lake house. In our place, you can spend a weekend, vacation, or work in comfort. The deck overlooks the garden. This is the perfect place to start or end the day with a glass of wine, enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature in our luxury hot tub (a fee may apply in winter).

An island just for you + sauna, fire pit.

We invite you to our wooden cottage on an island surrounded by a large pond and beautiful greenery. The cottage is perfect for people who want to escape the city and move to a place where peace reigns. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.
