This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, liegt dieses idyllische Sommerhaus am Waldrand. Nächster Supermarkt keine 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Im Ort warten viele niedliche Restaurants darauf besucht zu werden. Sonneninsel Usedom & Unistadt Greifswald in der Nähe. Yachthafen sowie Surfmöglichkeiten ca. 2km entfernt. Zwei Drahtesel inklusive. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Hier kann man (bewusst OHNE Internet) dem Alltagsstress entfliehen. Zu vermieten an ruhige Paare/Freunde. Max 2 Erw+1Kind.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

Small, very intimate vacation apartment on a property directly opposite the spa gardens, the best location in Lubmin. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and relax in the garden in a beach chair. WLAN with two networks each around 20 MB/s. Watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with 4K TV. Registration forms for the tourist tax are available. Suitable for 3 adults with 2 children, if necessary also for 4 persons, if you convert the couch, see photo.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
