This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. You will relax and experience beautiful moments with us.

Hof Sandsee, relaxation in nature

Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and recreation in a fantastic environment.

Dyszno Las - a gatekeeper's house in the forest, 2 km from the lake

Dyszno Las is a charming railwayman's cottage by a dismantled railway line located in the heart of the forest, 2 km from the lake. The brick house, surrounded on all sides by forest, is located on a half-hectare, spacious plot. The house is rented exclusively. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs - an open space with two beds and a place to relax or play, and a bedroom. Dyszno Las is located in a remote area, and you can get to the nearest village - Dyszna - by a paved road.

We invite you to Las Biala's – a unique place in the heart of the Notec Forest, where time flows more slowly and the surrounding nature of the koi and calms down. We offer two modern and comfortable, 4-bed cottages. Each with 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, wifi, and a Smart TV with Netflix access. During the stay, we provide free access to the sauna, bikes, and sup boards. The use of the private hot tub is optional and additional chargeable. On-site fee, dependent on length of stay.

Forest clearing.

A large apartment on the upper floor of the house, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, in a house by the forest on the outskirts of a small settlement, offers short or longer reservations. You can relax here alone, with family or friends. On the property there is an aviary with a small herd of peacocks. The immediate neighbor of the garden is a pine forest with its unique climatic charm. Nearby there is also the Kwisa mountain river, which in the season is organized by kayaking.

Red House

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond where, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

The neighborhood offers you beautiful hiking and biking trails. Perfect location not far from Lake Jaroszewski and Lake Lutomski will make fishing enthusiasts happy. A beautiful sandy beach on J is 400 meters away. Jaroszewski is a great place to relax with your family. We're here!

Lakefront apartment with sauna and hot tub

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.

Near the property there is a playground and one store😊 Bars and restaurants are located in nearby destinations (Brenno, Lgiń, Wieleń, Boszkowo,Włoszakowice) Zaborowiec is a typical village of Poland , offering a great place to relax, walk, swim by boat...getting away from the city's atmosphere. Forests, meadows, lakes. Highly recommend.
