This unique apartment is situated in the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you wish to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. A large apartment on the upper floor of the house, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, in a house by the forest on the outskirts of a small settlement, offers short or longer reservations. You can relax here alone, with family or friends. On the property there is an aviary with a small herd of peacocks. The immediate neighbor of the garden is a pine forest with its unique climatic charm. Nearby there is also the Kwisa mountain river, which in the season is organized by kayaking.

Bordering a nature reserve, located on a glacier area, captivates with terrain, colors that change year-round, and great views. This place has led us to build a home in natural technologies, harmonizing with the environment, designed to be a pleasure to spend time in it.
