The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. la casa è nel cuore del paese di Sant'Andrea di Compito, un borgo antico in collina, che dista circa 10 km da Lucca. La zona è molto tranquilla e rilassante, immersa nel verde della campagna;la casaper 4 (1850), ampio giardino, è tutta in pietra. da agosto 2020 nuova piccola piscina a disposizione degli ospiti e dei residenti di corte al greggio (NEW POOL!!!). L'uso della piscina dovrà avvenire nel rispetto delle regole della casa. Assolutamento vietati tutti e giochi d'acqua.
