This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire cottage. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

A break in Luché-Pringé in this accommodation for 6 people, equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a terrace not overlooked, a large garage equipped with an electric charging station (3.7 kW). All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
