My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll appreciate my place for its location, comfort and quietness with the sound of the sea!

Beautiful village house, ideally situated: You'll only need 20mn to reach the beautiful Vendean beaches and their great surfing spots, and you will sit right at the boarder of the Marais Poitevin. 1h from Nantes and La Rochelle, 40mn from Les Sables d'Olonne. All amenities (big supermarket, doctors, pharmacies...) available in Luçon, 5mn by car. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 terraces and a fully equipped kitchen, the house is ideal for groups and families!

Close to downtown La Rochelle, the Rompsay neighbourhood stretches along the canal. 5 min drive to the historic center, this accommodation offers a pleasant and green living environment. Ideal location for easy access to local services and shops. Guests will enjoy a relaxing setting by taking the lanes and bike paths on the banks of the canal. The market and port are within a 10-min drive or 15-min bike ride.
