The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.
