O Sequeiro da Fonte is a stone building where chestnuts were formerly dried in the Courel area. It has spectacular views of the Sierra do Courel, an ideal area to rest and hike. You can enjoy the river and tranquility, both in winter and summer. It is an isolated slate stone construction with a capacity for four people, although ideal for two. It has basic but cozy amenities.

Alborada was originally a small farm cabin that housed the tools and materials needed to work in the field and even with livestock. It is currently renovated into a cozy cabin with a front terrace that has great views of Mondoñedo, its cathedral and seminary.
