Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. In winter, there is an ice road that is used by skaters, strollers, cyclists and joggers. You will find a beach, ice road, promenade, park, museum, city within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla miljö. Karins lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med två enkelsängar och allrummet har en bäddsoffa. Finns även en toalett med dusch och en altan där man kan njuta av utsikten över Kalix älv som ligger ca 40 m från lägenheten. Nyhet sommaren 2026! Nu finns möjlighet att hyra elcykel.
