We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" is located on the Via degli Dei in an independent villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for overnight hikers who travel the historic Bologna-Florence route and those looking for a stop in the green of the Bolognese Apennines. We are 10 min from the motorway toll of Sasso Marconi and 5 min from the station of "Vado-Monzuno". Breakfast is provided. In the shared yard, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it's always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there are microwaves, a refrigerator, a coffee machine (with coffee), a kettle, and dishes.

Completely independent, it is located in a renovated 15th-century village, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the locality of Marzabotto-Luminasio. The village is 2 sq km (uphill) from Marzabotto and about 20 sq km from Bologna. Marzabotto can be reached from Bologna by train or bus. But to get to the village you need to have a car because there is no public transport from Marzabotto to Luminasio.
