Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.

The apartment is located in the city center close to the University, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

Free parking included at availability in the driveway. First on gets it. It is also possible to park by the street free of charge from 18:00 until 09:00

Family accommodation, orangery, a few minutes from Lund C

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök/vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt kvarter en kort promenad från Lund C, universitet och grönområden. Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

Helt nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 36 m2 i sekelskiftesanda med vardagsrum och välutrustat kök. Sovrum med säng, 160 cm samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med plats för 1 extra person. Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

The apartment is located in the south of Lund (2km) to the city center, walking distance around 30 minutes. Excellent transport links both to Lund city center and to Malmö just around the corner. Beautiful park surroundings near by. Walking distance to outdoor swimming during the summer.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.
