One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-See is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
