Private room. 2 minutes from the subway, the best location! Spacious balcony and kitchen.

Suitable for the whole family to stay or for long stays (best for a month!) It's a spacious house. Since we are renting out the house where our family lived after a little maintenance, there is most of what you need for living. Located in a suburban residential district, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, or cook with the herbs you've grown. Basic seasonings are also provided.

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.
