both hosts were extremely helpful, they responded very quickly to my questions every time. the place was lovely, warmed up fast and it was easy to find. The building itself it's secure but it feels like a maze until you get to the apartment.

Jamilah was extremely helpful and communicated well. She was incredibly accommodating to our needs and we felt very comfortable at her place. Highly recommend her place for staying

The location is great, right in the centre of Luton and only 10 minutes drive from Luton airport.Very close to the bus station, the train station, just a few minutes walk away.Very close to shopping malls, supermarkets, just a few minutes walk away.It is very convenient to shop, eat and drink.The listing has a lot of indoor space and the kitchen is huge and works great.My favorite was that there was a coffee maker in the kitchen, and the host Colin also had enough coffee pods for me to enjoy.In addition to coffee pods, there are tea bags.Colin is a very helpful and kind person.Guests can check in by yourself and there is a lockbox at the door.Colin still picked me up from the bus station in person and helped me pull my suitcase.I had two suitcases, one big and one small, and Colin helped me pull it up until I got into the listing.Although the fridge was broken before I checked in, Colin set up a mini fridge for me and he was proactive in dealing with any issues.And had a lot of bottled water and juices ready for me.Having a good host in a unfamiliar place is really too important, he will do his best to help me with the problem and was quick to respond to information every time.Would highly recommend Colin's place to everyone.I will definitely go to Colin's place next time as well.
